    All academies in the Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust are committed to ensuring equality throughout the academy communities.

    Our Equality Objectives are:

    1. Promote Inclusive Learning – Ensure all pupils, regardless of background or ability, have equal access to high-quality education and support.

    2. Reduce Attainment Gaps – Monitor and address gaps in attainment and progress between different pupil groups, including disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND.

    3. Celebrate Diversity – Embed diversity, inclusion, and respect within the curriculum and school culture through assemblies, learning opportunities, and events.

    4. Prevent Bullying and Discrimination – Proactively address and challenge all forms of bullying, discrimination, and prejudice-based incidents.

    5. Fair and Inclusive Recruitment – Ensure fair and inclusive recruitment, retention, and career development for all staff, promoting diversity within the workforce.

    6. Engage with the Community – Strengthen engagement with parents, carers, and the wider community to foster a culture of equality and respect.

    7. Improve Accessibility – Continually review and enhance the school’s physical and digital accessibility to ensure full participation for all pupils, staff, and visitors.
