Our vision is built around the Parable of the Sower (Luke 8:15). We are committed to ensuring that we provide the fertile soil in which everyone can grow to be the best that they can be. We use the statement ‘Learning and Growing together to be the best that we can be’ to summarise our Vision. Our vision document clearly outlines what the outcome of this growth will be, detailed in our Vision overview document.
